As part of the museum’s year-long observance of its 60th Anniversary, the museum is hosting a 1950s Trivia Night on Friday, March 22. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and the trivia contest will begin at 7:00 p.m.
Teams of six contestants each will take part in answering questions in five, 1950s- themed categories: Local History, World Events, Music, Movies, and Popular Culture. Cost to register a team of six is $60. Preregistration is required and can be done in person at the museum, or by calling 616.842.0700. Registration ends March 15.
In addition to the trivia games, participants can enjoy complimentary snacks, a 50/50 raffle, and a cash bar. Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams!
This promises to be an evening full of laughter and good-natured competition. Be sure to organize a team and come and try your hand at 1950s trivia!
